We are looking for a professional and well-presented applicant to fill the position of Customer Service Officer / Service Advisor in our Service Department.

The position will appeal to candidates who believe in high level customer service and value being part of a strong cohesive team. Add excellent work ethic and great communications skills and you will be a step closer to securing this position.

Customer Service key duties and responsibilities:
  • Managing Inquiries – handling all types of customer inquiries
  • Sales Leads – ability to generate service leads that can develop into new customers
  • Assessing Customer Needs – striving to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Problem-Solving – troubleshoot issues and investigate to build strong information portfolio for decision making
  • Excellent Service – maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient and thorough responses always ensuring excellent service
Servicer Advisor key duties and responsibilities:
  • Greet servicing customers for service enquiries and bookings
  • Manage customers servicing process from beginning to end
  • Responsible for ensuring your customers receive the highest customer service and ultimate customer satisfaction
In addition we also like to see:
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Experience in a computerised environment
  • Experience in the Motor Industry is preferred but not essential
